Im on it

So, I'm wrapping my day up. spent time dancing with my kids. then we cooked lunch, I went to work and then cooked dinner.. Ahhh, the joys of working from home. I love it! I am about to start my weight loss journey....(again). But this time I'm sticking to it because I seriously have a goal in mind. So, my current weight is 212lbs and my goal weight is about 150lbs. then I want to incorporate weight training so I can keep my thickness!. lol I know right? but I will have pictures posted and will try to keep them posted once a week. that way YOU guys can hold me accountable if I start back sliding. So far I've gotten as far as my grocery list because I plan to meal prep my way thinner. And I found out that I enjoy running. I am using my Nike+ app for that along with Runtastic and Myfitness Pal ( can never have enough options).  Anyways, this is me now, and I know I don't look like a whale size but sometimes, I feel like one. so until next time!
